2.1. Zapytania (formularz kontaktowy, e-mail, telefon, WhatsApp)

  • Dane: imię i nazwisko, adres e-mail, rodzaj wydarzenia, treść wiadomości oraz inne informacje, które zdecydujesz się podać (np. termin i miejsce wydarzenia, numer telefonu).
  • Cel: odpowiedź na zapytanie, przygotowanie oferty i dalsza korespondencja.
  • Podstawa prawna: Twoja zgoda wyrażona w formularzu (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO) oraz podjęcie działań na Twoje żądanie przed zawarciem umowy (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO).
  • Okres przechowywania: do czasu obsłużenia zapytania, a następnie nie dłużej niż 12 miesięcy od ostatniego kontaktu — chyba że dojdzie do zawarcia umowy albo wcześniej wycofasz zgodę.

Dane mogą być przetwarzane w celu ustalenia, dochodzenia lub obrony roszczeń — na podstawie prawnie uzasadnionego interesu administratora (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO), do upływu okresu przedawnienia roszczeń.

2.4. Działanie i bezpieczeństwo strony

Podczas wizyty serwer automatycznie rejestruje dane techniczne, takie jak adres IP, data i godzina wizyty, rodzaj przeglądarki i systemu oraz odwiedzany adres (tzw. logi serwera). Służą one zapewnieniu działania i bezpieczeństwa strony oraz ochronie przed nadużyciami — na podstawie prawnie uzasadnionego interesu administratora (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO). 2.5. Pomiar skuteczności reklam (Google Ads)

Prowadzimy kampanie reklamowe w Google Ads i sprawdzamy, ile zapytań z nich pochodzi. Służy do tego Google Tag Manager, który uruchamia narzędzia Google zgodnie z Twoją decyzją w banerze cookies.

  • Dane: identyfikatory zapisane w plikach cookies, informacja o kliknięciu w reklamę Google, odwiedzane podstrony, adres IP, dane o przeglądarce i urządzeniu oraz informacja o wykonaniu na stronie określonej czynności — wysłaniu formularza kontaktowego albo kliknięciu w numer telefonu, adres e-mail lub link do WhatsAppa. Nie przekazujemy Google treści wiadomości ani danych wpisanych w formularzu (imienia i nazwiska, adresu e-mail).
  • Cel: mierzenie skuteczności reklam (tzw. konwersji), statystyka odwiedzin oraz — jeśli się na to zgodzisz — dopasowanie reklam Google do Twoich zainteresowań.
  • Podstawa prawna: Twoja zgoda wyrażona w banerze cookies w kategoriach „Statystyki” i „Marketing” (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO). Zgodę możesz w każdej chwili zmienić lub wycofać — szczegóły w dokumencie Polityka cookies.
  • Bez Twojej zgody statystyczne i marketingowe pliki cookies nie są zapisywane. 4. Usługi zewnętrzne

  • Filmy YouTube (Google Ireland Limited) — odtwarzacz ładuje się dopiero po kliknięciu przycisku odtworzenia i korzysta z trybu rozszerzonej prywatności (youtube-nocookie.com). Od tego momentu Google może przetwarzać m.in. Twój adres IP i informacje o urządzeniu zgodnie z własną polityką prywatności: policies.google.com/privacy. Podstawa: art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO (prezentacja występów na Twoje żądanie).
  • Czcionki Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited) — pobierane z serwerów Google, aby zapewnić jednolity wygląd strony; Twoja przeglądarka przekazuje wtedy Google swój adres IP. Podstawa: art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO.
  • Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Limited) — narzędzie zarządzające skryptami na stronie. 5. Odbiorcy danych

Twoje dane mogą być przekazywane podmiotom wspierającym administratora w prowadzeniu działalności: dostawcy hostingu (SEOHOST.pl), dostawcy poczty e-mail oraz narzędzi reklamowych i statystycznych (Google), osobom zapewniającym wsparcie techniczne strony oraz biuru rachunkowemu — a także organom publicznym, jeżeli wymagają tego przepisy prawa. Nie sprzedajemy Twoich danych.

6. Przekazywanie danych poza Europejski Obszar Gospodarczy

Google i Meta mogą przetwarzać dane również w Stanach Zjednoczonych. Przekazanie odbywa się na podstawie decyzji Komisji Europejskiej stwierdzającej odpowiedni stopień ochrony (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) lub standardowych klauzul umownych zatwierdzonych przez Komisję.

7. Twoje prawa

Przysługuje Ci prawo do:

  • dostępu do swoich danych (art. 15 RODO) i otrzymania ich kopii,
  • sprostowania danych (art. 16 RODO),
  • usunięcia danych (art. 17 RODO),
  • ograniczenia przetwarzania (art. 18 RODO),
  • przenoszenia danych (art. 20 RODO),
  • sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania opartego na prawnie uzasadnionym interesie (art. 21 RODO),

1. Data controller

2. What data we process, why, and on what legal basis

2.1. Enquiries (contact form, e-mail, phone, WhatsApp)

  • Data: name, e-mail address, event type, the content of your message and any other information you choose to provide (e.g. event date and venue, phone number).
  • Purpose: replying to your enquiry, preparing an offer and further correspondence.
  • Legal basis: your consent given in the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Retention: until your enquiry has been handled and then no longer than 12 months after our last contact — unless a contract is concluded or you withdraw your consent earlier.

Messages sent through the form are not stored in the website's database — they are delivered directly to the controller's e-mail inbox.

2.2. Booking and delivering a performance

  • Purpose: concluding and performing the contract, organisational arrangements, invoicing.
  • Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); issuing and keeping invoices — a legal obligation under tax and accounting law (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
  • Retention: for the duration of the contract; accounting records for the period required by law (as a rule 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the tax payment deadline expired).

2.3. Legal claims

Data may be processed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, based on the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), until the applicable limitation period expires.

2.4. Website operation and security

When you visit the website, the server automatically records technical data such as your IP address, date and time of the visit, browser and operating system, and the page requested (server logs). This ensures the website works securely and protects it against abuse, based on the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are kept for a limited time in line with the hosting provider's settings.

2.5. Measuring advertising effectiveness (Google Ads)

We run advertising campaigns in Google Ads and check how many enquiries they bring. For this the website uses Google Tag Manager, which starts Google's tools according to your choice in the cookie banner.

  • Data: identifiers stored in cookies, information that you clicked a Google ad, pages visited, IP address, browser and device data, and the fact that you performed a specific action on the website — sending the contact form or clicking the phone number, e-mail address or WhatsApp link. We do not pass the content of your message or the details entered in the form (name, e-mail address) to Google.
  • Purpose: measuring the effectiveness of our ads (conversions), visit statistics and — if you agree — tailoring Google ads to your interests.
  • Legal basis: your consent given in the cookie banner under the “Statystyki” (statistics) and “Marketing” categories (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can change or withdraw your consent at any time — see the Cookie Policy.
  • Without your consent no statistics or marketing cookies are stored. The website tells Google that consent was not given (Google Consent Mode), and Google's tools may only send limited signals without cookies or advertising identifiers (e.g. that a form was sent), which Google uses to estimate advertising effectiveness in aggregate, statistical form. Legal basis: the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Retention: cookies — for the period stated in the Cookie Policy, and no longer than until you withdraw consent; data in Google's services — according to Google's data retention settings and policies.

3. Cookies

The website uses cookies and browser storage that are necessary for it to work and that remember your choices (e.g. language version and your cookie decision). With your consent it also uses Google statistics and marketing cookies (Google Tag Manager, Google Ads) — see section 2.5. 4. Third-party services

  • YouTube videos (Google Ireland Limited) — the player only loads after you click a play button and uses YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). From that moment Google may process data such as your IP address and device information under its own privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (showing performances at your request).
  • Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited) — fonts are loaded from Google's servers to keep the website's appearance consistent; your browser transmits its IP address to Google. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
  • Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Limited) — a tool that manages the scripts on the website. It loads on every visit (your browser transmits its IP address to Google) and starts statistics and advertising tools according to your choice in the cookie banner. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
  • Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited) — measuring advertising effectiveness and, with your consent, interest-based ads (section 2.5). Google processes data under its own privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy; how Google uses information from partner sites: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
  • Social media — the website only contains links to our profiles (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook). We do not embed social plugins: data reaches a platform only after you click its link, and further processing follows that platform's own rules (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Google Ireland Limited).
  • WhatsApp — if you contact us via WhatsApp, your data is also processed by WhatsApp Ireland Limited under its own privacy policy.
  • E-mail — correspondence is handled via Gmail (Google Ireland Limited).

5. Recipients

Your data may be shared with parties supporting the controller's business: the hosting provider (SEOHOST.pl), the provider of e-mail, advertising and statistics tools (Google), people providing technical support for the website and the accounting office — and with public authorities where required by law. We never sell your data.

6. Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Google and Meta may also process data in the United States. Such transfers are based on the European Commission's adequacy decision (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or on standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission.

8. Voluntary provision of data

Providing your data is voluntary, but necessary for us to reply to your enquiry or to conclude a contract.

9. Automated decision-making

We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect you. If you agree to marketing cookies, Google may use information about your visit to tailor the ads it shows you (marketing profiling) — this has no legal effects for you.

10. Security

The website uses an encrypted SSL connection (HTTPS), and only authorised persons have access to the data.

2. Welche Daten wir zu welchen Zwecken und auf welcher Rechtsgrundlage verarbeiten

  • Daten: Name, E-Mail-Adresse, Art der Veranstaltung, Inhalt Ihrer Nachricht sowie weitere Angaben, die Sie freiwillig machen (z. B. Datum und Ort der Veranstaltung, Telefonnummer).
  • Zweck: Beantwortung Ihrer Anfrage, Erstellung eines Angebots und weitere Korrespondenz.
  • Rechtsgrundlage: Ihre im Formular erteilte Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO) sowie vorvertragliche Maßnahmen auf Ihre Anfrage (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO).
  • Speicherdauer: bis zur Bearbeitung Ihrer Anfrage und danach höchstens 12 Monate nach dem letzten Kontakt — es sei denn, es kommt ein Vertrag zustande oder Sie widerrufen Ihre Einwilligung früher.

Über das Formular gesendete Nachrichten werden nicht in der Datenbank der Website gespeichert, sondern direkt an das E-Mail-Postfach des Verantwortlichen zugestellt.

2.4. Betrieb und Sicherheit der Website

Beim Besuch der Website erfasst der Server automatisch technische Daten wie IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit des Zugriffs, Browser und Betriebssystem sowie die aufgerufene Seite (Server-Logfiles). Wir schalten Werbekampagnen über Google Ads und prüfen, wie viele Anfragen daraus entstehen. Dazu nutzt die Website den Google Tag Manager, der die Google-Tools entsprechend Ihrer Auswahl im Cookie-Banner startet.

4. Dienste von Drittanbietern

  • YouTube-Videos (Google Ireland Limited) — der Player wird erst nach einem Klick auf eine Wiedergabeschaltfläche geladen und nutzt den erweiterten Datenschutzmodus (youtube-nocookie.com). Ab diesem Zeitpunkt kann Google u. a. Ihre IP-Adresse und Geräteinformationen gemäß seiner eigenen Datenschutzerklärung verarbeiten: policies.google.com/privacy.   • Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited) — Schriftarten werden von Servern von Google geladen, um ein einheitliches Erscheinungsbild zu gewährleisten; Ihr Browser übermittelt dabei seine IP-Adresse an Google. Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO.
  • Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Limited) — ein Werkzeug zur Verwaltung der Skripte auf der Website. Er wird bei jedem Besuch geladen (Ihr Browser übermittelt dabei seine IP-Adresse an Google) und startet Statistik- und Werbetools entsprechend Ihrer Auswahl im Cookie-Banner. Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO.
  • Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited) — Messung des Werbeerfolgs und, mit Ihrer Einwilligung, interessenbezogene Anzeigen (Abschnitt 2.5). Google verarbeitet die Daten gemäß seiner eigenen Datenschutzerklärung: policies.google.com/privacy; wie Google Daten von Partner-Websites nutzt: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
  • Soziale Medien — die Website enthält ausschließlich Links zu unseren Profilen (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook). Social Plugins binden wir nicht ein: Daten gelangen erst nach einem Klick auf den Link an die jeweilige Plattform, deren eigene Bedingungen dann gelten (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Google Ireland Limited).
  • WhatsApp — wenn Sie uns über WhatsApp kontaktieren, verarbeitet auch WhatsApp Ireland Limited Ihre Daten gemäß der eigenen Datenschutzerklärung.
  • E-Mail — die Korrespondenz wird über Gmail (Google Ireland Limited) abgewickelt.

5. Empfänger

Ihre Daten können an Stellen weitergegeben werden, die den Verantwortlichen bei seiner Tätigkeit unterstützen: den Hosting-Anbieter (SEOHOST.pl), den Anbieter von E-Mail-, Werbe- und Statistiktools (Google), Personen, die technischen Support für die Website leisten, und das Steuerbüro — sowie an Behörden, soweit gesetzlich vorgeschrieben. Wir verkaufen Ihre Daten nicht.

6. Übermittlung in Länder außerhalb des Europäischen Wirtschaftsraums

Google und Meta können Daten auch in den USA verarbeiten. Die Übermittlung erfolgt auf Grundlage des Angemessenheitsbeschlusses der Europäischen Kommission (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) oder von der Kommission genehmigter Standardvertragsklauseln.

Sie haben das Recht auf:

  • Auskunft über Ihre Daten (Art. 15 DSGVO) und eine Kopie,
  • Berichtigung (Art. 16 DSGVO),
  • Löschung (Art. 17 DSGVO),
  • Einschränkung der Verarbeitung (Art. 18 DSGVO),
  • Datenübertragbarkeit (Art. 20 DSGVO),
  • Widerspruch gegen eine auf berechtigtem Interesse beruhende Verarbeitung (Art. 21 DSGVO),
  • jederzeitigen Widerruf Ihrer Einwilligung — ohne dass die Rechtmäßigkeit der bis zum Widerruf erfolgten Verarbeitung berührt wird.
